Refund policy

At Green Loft, we are committed to delivering high-quality loft insulation, wadding rolls, and fibre products. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase on loft insulation, wadding rolls, and fibre products, subject to the following conditions:

- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided


2. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

-If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
-Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider


3. Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect
-We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking


4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@greenloft.co.uk.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged:

- Opened or used loft insulation
- Opened or used wadding rolls
- Opened or used fibre products


6. Refunds on Promotional or Discounted Items

Refunds for discounted or promotional items will be issued only for the amount paid at checkout, after the discount has been applied. Original full-price values are not refundable.


7. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, a full refund will be issued
- If your order has already been dispatched, you must follow the standard returns process once the item is received
